Will I be auto-charged when the year ends?
No. There is no auto-debit and no mandate. An annual licence runs for a full year, and when it is due we email you a renewal link. You renew yourself, on your own time - never an automatic charge.
How do I add more PCs?
Start with Solo (1 PC) or Office (5 PCs), then add each extra PC for ₹1,500 a year - right from your dashboard or inside the app, no sales call. Every PC gets the full app and unlimited statements.
What happens when a licence expires?
Your licence covers a full year of use. If you choose not to renew, the app simply stops activating new work, but every voucher you have already made stays yours and stays in Tally.
Annual or the lifetime Founding plan - which should I pick?
The Founding plan is a one-time payment for one PC, yours for good, while the limited seats last. The annual plans start at one PC and let you add more as your office grows, all on one bill.
How does support work?
Every licence includes Standard Support: raise a ticket from inside the app and a real person replies within 2 working days. Firms that want a direct phone/WhatsApp line and a faster 1-working-day response can add Priority Support for ₹2,999 a year.
Can I move a licence to another PC?
Yes. Raise a quick request and we will switch your licence over to the new machine.
