Greenote is downloadable software. There is nothing to ship, no courier, and no delivery charge. Your licence activates the moment your payment succeeds, usually within a minute.

What you are actually buying
A licence to run Greenote on your own Windows PC. The application and every statement you process stay on your machine, so “delivery” here means unlocking your licence and giving you the installer, not sending a parcel.
How your purchase is delivered
Instantly, the moment payment succeeds. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment:
- Your licence is attached to your registered email address
- Your dashboard updates immediately and shows the active licence
- A confirmation email is sent to the address you paid with
In practice this takes seconds. There is no manual processing step and no waiting for business hours.
Getting the app itself
Download it any time from your dashboard. The installer lives at greenote.app/download and is the same file whether you are on the free trial or a paid licence. Install it, sign in once, and your licence activates on that machine.
You can re-download the installer whenever you need it, on a new PC or after a reinstall, at no extra cost.
Your licence
Tied to your registered email, visible in your dashboard. You do not need to keep a key file safe or wait for anything to be posted to you. Sign in with the email you purchased with and the licence is there.
Nothing physical ships
Greenote is a digital product only. We never ask for a shipping address, we do not use couriers, and there are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges of any kind, ever. The price you see is the price you pay.
What you need to run it
A Windows 10 or 11 PC, 64-bit. Once activated, Greenote runs fully on your own machine, so you do not need a constant internet connection to work. An internet connection is only needed to activate your licence and to check for updates.
If something does not arrive
Check your dashboard first. It updates instantly even if the confirmation email is delayed or lands in spam, so your licence is almost always already active there.
If it is not, email support@greenote.app from your registered address with the payment reference, or use the contact form. A person will reply and sort it the same working day. If we cannot deliver your licence, you get a full refund under our refund policy.
