1Download Greenote on your office PC
Open greenote.app/download on the PC and click Download. It is about 650 MB, so give it a few minutes. It needs Windows 10 or 11.

2Run it, and click through the blue Windows box
Open Greenote-Setup.exe from your Downloads folder. Windows shows this box for any new software. It is not a virus warning.

Click “More info”

Greenote is signed by Veriden Technologies Private Limited, and runs entirely on your PC. Your clients’ statements are read on the machine and never uploaded, warning or no warning.
3Sign in with your email
- Greenote opens by itself when the installer finishes.
- Type your email and click Send code.
- Fill in your firm name and mobile while the 6-digit code arrives in your inbox.
- Enter the code. Your 7-day free trial has started, with nothing to pay.
